• — Enquiry and assessment forms: name, company, job title, email address, phone/contact details, product category and project description.
• — Email contact: any information you include in your message.
• — WeChat contact: your WeChat name/ID and the messages you send. WeChat is operated by Tencent; Tencent's own privacy policy also applies.

We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry, conduct EU AI Act export assessments, and — where mutually agreed — establish a business relationship. Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

咨询数据最长保存 24 个月；若建立客户关系，则按合同与法定要求保存。

Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months; if a client relationship is established, data is retained as required by contract and law.
